A straight-pull bolt-action rifle that allows for a high rate of fire, even when used with a scope.
History[]
Born in Austria-Hungary, the Mannlicher Infanterie Repetier-Gewehr M.95 was the standard service weapon of the Empire. A revolutionary design utilizing the straight-pull action bolt, it offered a high rate of fire, reliability, and resistance to the environment. Of course, a soldier had to take good care of the rifle for it to behave properly. The Mannlicher was produced in a large number of units and featured several interesting accessories, like luminous night sights and a bayonet wire cutter (technically destroyer, as the rifle facilitated shooting through wires).
